There is no warehouse and no stack of boxes in a spare room. When your order comes in, the file goes to our fulfilment partner, they print it on a blank they already hold, and it ships from whichever of their facilities is closest to you.
That means no dead stock and no colours we printed too many of. It also means it takes a few days longer than pulling a folded shirt off a shelf, and it is worth saying that plainly rather than hiding it behind a shipping estimate.
If something turns up misprinted, cracked, or damaged in transit, send a photo within 30 days and we replace it. No return shipping, no arguing about it. Change-of-mind returns are the one thing we cannot do, because your shirt did not exist until you ordered it.
Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then 3 to 8 business days in transit depending on where you are. Both are estimates from our fulfilment partner, not promises we control.
