Do you keep stock?
No. Nothing is printed before you order it. Your order goes to our fulfilment partner, they print the design onto a blank they already hold, and it ships from whichever of their facilities is closest to you.
That is why there is no sale rack, no dead stock and no size that quietly sells out.
How long does an order take?
Printing takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit is another 3 to 8 business days depending on where you are. The two add up rather than overlap, so a normal order lands somewhere between about one and two and a half weeks after you place it.
Both numbers are estimates from our fulfilment partner rather than promises we control. Saying so here seems better than burying it under a cheerful delivery date at checkout.
What does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is worked out from your address and shown at checkout before you pay, so nothing is added after that step.
Prices are in USD. Payment goes through PayPal, and you can pay by card there without holding a PayPal account. Import duty and tax charged by your own country are not included and are not something we can collect on your behalf.
Can I return something or get my money back?
If it turns up misprinted, cracked, or damaged in transit, send a photo within 30 days and we replace it. No return shipping and no argument about it. If a replacement is not possible we refund you instead.
Change of mind is the one thing we cannot take back, because the piece did not exist until you ordered it and there is no shelf to put it back on. That is a direct consequence of holding no stock rather than a policy designed to trap you.
Which size should I pick?
Tees and hoodies run S to 2XL. Caps are one size with an adjustable strap, and the paper print comes in 12 by 16 inches and 18 by 24 inches.
These are garment measurements, not body measurements. Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure it, and match it to the table. Chest width is measured across the garment one inch below the armhole, so double it if you want the full circumference. Body length runs from the highest point of the shoulder straight down.
| Size | Chest width, in | Chest width, cm | Body length, in | Body length, cm |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 18 | 46 | 28 | 71 |
| M | 20 | 51 | 29 | 74 |
| L | 22 | 56 | 30 | 76 |
| XL | 24 | 61 | 31 | 79 |
| 2XL | 26 | 66 | 32 | 81 |

Figures come from the blank manufacturers and can move by about half an inch either way, which is normal for cut and sewn garments. The tees are a retail fit rather than a boxy one, so size up if you want it loose.
How is it printed, and on what?
Tees are Bella+Canvas 3001, 4.2 oz combed and ring-spun cotton, side-seamed, retail fit. Hoodies are Gildan 18500, an 8 oz cotton-poly blend with a lined hood. Both are printed direct to garment with water-based inks, which sit in the fabric instead of on top of it, so the print stays soft rather than forming a stiff panel across the chest.
Caps are not printed at all. They are flat embroidery in a single colour on an unstructured six-panel cotton twill cap, which is why the two cap designs are the simplest marks in the drop. The paper print is pigment ink on 189 g/m2 matte poster paper, unframed.
On colour: expect close, not identical. Every screen renders colour differently and ink on cotton is not backlit. The designs are one colour on a plain garment, so there is less to go wrong than with a photographic print, but a small shift is normal.
How do I look after it?
Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. No bleach, and do not iron the print.
Heat is the thing that shortens a print fastest, so a cool wash and a low dryer setting matter more than anything else on this list. Embroidered caps should be spot cleaned by hand rather than put through a machine.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Write as soon as you can. If the order has not gone to print yet, the address, the size or the whole order can still be changed or cancelled and refunded in full.
Once it is printing there is nothing to stop, because the piece is being made specifically for you. That window is usually short, so the answer is always to get in touch immediately rather than to wait and see.
How do I get in touch?
Use the contact page. Order questions, print problems and questions about how the site was built all go to the same inbox and are answered by the person who runs the shop, usually within a working day.
If it is a print problem, attach a photo or say that you have one and we will ask for it.
Who is behind Warp Art?
One person. The designs, the shop and the code underneath it are the same pair of hands, and the trading entity is ConnectEngine LLC. The longer version, including why this shop is also a working demo of how the site was built, is on the About page.
